Feel free to move about about and keep warm in the Berghaus Cocoon Fleece for men. Constructed from the high-performance, knit fleece POLARTEC®, the Cocoon has been specifically cut for use in high movement activities such as climbing thanks to it's articulated sleeves and stretch fabric, allowing for unrestricted freedom of movement.
The POLARTEC® fabric means that this fleece can be worn underneath a Berghaus® outer shell for extra insulation or on its own. The surface fabric has water shedding properties for use in light showers or snow. The main body fabric uses a 100% polyester POLARTEC® THERMAL PRO® fabric which has a low cropped micro face which offers exceptional durability.
The inside of the fabric is a super soft, high loft fleece which ensures superb insulation accompanied by limited bulk and great packability. Made using Argentium Pro. On the inside of the fabric there is a brushed polyester fleece incorporating silver ion technology to provide permanent odour resist properties and warmth.
This Argentium Pro fabric also offers excellent moisture management as the moisture naturally moves from the hydrophobic polyester side to the more hydrophilic nylon side. Internal thumb loops stop the sleeves from riding up the arm during use and help keep core body temperature at an optimum level.
